> From discovery call to production system: clarify the bottleneck, design and build, then run, tune, and expand — within about 90 days to the first system when the path is clear.

## Problem

Operational bottlenecks stay stuck because discovery never becomes an owned production system — approvals stall, handoffs wait on memory, and “plans” never leave the slide deck.

## Architecture / approach

Five delivery stages: Discovery Call → Operational Audit → Architecture & Scope → Build & Ship → Operate & Evolve. First 90 days typically clarify the bottleneck (days 1–15), design and build (16–45), then run, tune, and expand (46–90). Octacer owns diagnosis, architecture, implementation, and monitoring; the client owns operational context, business rules, and adoption feedback.

## Outcome

A first production system with monitoring and a named next bottleneck — not a one-off demo. Discovery agenda: walk the workflow, pinpoint bottlenecks, sketch the automated version, decide if it makes sense.
