## Problem

Teams switch between inboxes, spreadsheets, ERP, CRM, chat and internal tools to complete one process. This is rarely a reporting problem; no one screen shows what is outstanding, who owns it, and what must happen next.

## Architecture

We are not replacing your ERP. Existing systems stay authoritative; the platform composes their data and actions into one governed interface and writes back. A first release usually takes three or four capabilities (queues, approvals, unified views, exceptions, dashboards, documents, embedded automation/AI, audit, permissions) and leaves the rest alone.
