# System Rescue | Octacer

> Apps, automations, Power Platform and AI agents diagnosed and repaired.

- **HTML:** https://octacer.com/services/system-rescue
- **Company:** Octacer is a software engineering and automation services company. It adds engineers to client teams, or delivers scoped automation, repair and MVP projects in client-owned tools and accounts.

## What it is

Rescue is for existing apps, Power Platform solutions, Copilot Studio agents, custom AI agents, workflows and integrations that are broken, blocked or need a defined completion scope. App repairs are quoted after scope review and are outside the $249 Quick Fix. One reproducible failure in one n8n, Make or Zapier workflow is a $249 Quick Fix, due only when the failing case runs correctly. Unclear app or integration failures may need an agreed $199 diagnostic that ends in a fixed repair quote.

## Who it fits

- AI-built or AI-assisted apps blocked by login, payments, data saving or deployment
- Live workflows on n8n, Make or Zapier that fail or stop
- Integrations between your CRM, payments, messaging and tools that drift
- Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI and Dataverse solutions that fail
- Copilot Studio agents, custom AI agents or voice bots that fail to complete tasks
- You can describe what broke and roughly when

## Not a fit

- A new workflow built from scratch: see [Automation Sprint](https://octacer.com/services/automation-sprint), from $750
- A whole platform that needs re-architecting: see [Platform modernization](https://octacer.com/solutions/platform-modernization)
- Systems nobody on your side has admin access to
- Round-the-clock emergency on-call; work happens in agreed hours, never 24/7

## What's included

- Quick Fix ($249, fixed): one qualifying failure in one existing n8n, Make or Zapier workflow; app repairs excluded; fixed or you don't pay; most done within 2 business days, starting within 1 business day of access; 14-day warranty
- Diagnostic ($199, credited): findings, a ranked risk list, repair options and a fixed repair quote; the $199 is credited if you go ahead
- Repair (quoted after scope review for app, Power Platform, copilot and agent blockers, defined completion work and broader repairs): fixes the root cause, tested against the failing cases, 30-day warranty on the repaired cause
- Care plan ($299/month for up to 3 workflows and 3 hours a month; $599/month for up to 10 workflows and 8 hours): monitoring and alerts, fixes within the hours, acknowledged within 2 working hours
- The $249 Quick Fix covers qualifying n8n, Make and Zapier workflows; app repairs are quoted separately; Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, AI agents and custom system repairs are scoped and quoted separately, outside the $249 Quick Fix

## Price

- Free 20-minute triage call
- Workflow Quick Fix: $249, or you don't pay
- Diagnostic: $199, credited against the repair
- App or broader repair: fixed quote after scope review
- Workflow Care plan: from $299/month; app maintenance quoted separately

## Payment terms

- Nothing is charged until you agree in writing
- Quick Fix is due only when the agreed failing case runs correctly; if we can't fix it, you pay nothing
- If it turns out bigger than a Quick Fix, we stop and ask; broader work is quoted and approved separately
- Turnaround is in business days from when access is in place; vendor outages and waiting on third parties pause the clock

## How it starts

1. Free 20-minute triage call: what is failing, since when and which tools; we confirm in writing whether it qualifies for a workflow Quick Fix, needs a diagnostic or can be scoped for a quoted app or broader repair
2. Diagnose (agreed app or integration investigation, 1–2 business days): the failure traced through each system, with a written diagnostic
3. Repair once access is in place, shown working on the case that failed
4. Optional: a Care plan watches the covered workflows after the fix

## Ownership and access

- The diagnostic findings are yours either way, and you keep the map of the workflow made while finding the fault
- Work happens in your accounts; never share passwords or logs by email, secure access is set up after the call
- NDA available; only necessary access is requested and you can revoke it at any time

## FAQ

### Do you rescue Power Platform, Copilot Studio and AI agents?

Yes. Existing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, custom AI agents and connected systems are reviewed for a defined repair scope. These repairs are quoted separately from the $249 workflow Quick Fix. The examples are not a closed platform list; tell us what exists and what is failing.

### Can you help with an existing AI-built app?

Yes. We review the existing build, underlying code, hosting and failing journey before confirming scope. App repairs and defined completion work are quoted separately; the $249 Quick Fix does not cover app completion.

### What qualifies for the $249 Quick Fix?

One agreed failure in an existing n8n, Make or Zapier workflow, for example a scenario that switches itself off or a webhook that stopped firing. We need a failing example we can reproduce and access to the tools involved. After the triage call we confirm in writing that it qualifies, before any work starts.

### What does “fixed or you don’t pay” mean exactly?

The $249 is due only when the failing case we agreed on runs correctly and you have seen it work. If we cannot fix it, you pay nothing. If it turns out bigger than one failure, we stop and suggest a diagnostic or a quoted repair.

### When is a diagnostic needed?

When an app or integration failure has no clear cause or spans several systems. Investigation scope is agreed first. The $199 diagnostic traces the failure through each system in 1–2 business days and delivers written findings, a risk list, repair options and a fixed repair quote. The $199 is credited against the repair if you go ahead, and the findings are yours either way.

### What if the fault is on the vendor’s side?

Then we prove it: you get the evidence, what to ask the vendor, and a safe workaround where there is one. For a Quick Fix we cannot fix because the fault is the vendor's, you pay nothing; a diagnostic still delivers its written findings.

### What does a Care plan cover?

Monitoring and alerts on the covered workflows (up to 3, or up to 10 on the $599 plan), and fixes when they break: 3 hours of work a month on the $299 plan, 8 on the $599 plan. Unused hours do not roll over. Breakages are acknowledged within two working hours and then fixed during agreed hours. Changes and new features are quoted first. App maintenance is scoped and quoted separately.
