What is included in the quote?
We agree the accounts, workflows, pages, integrations or records, acceptance checks, timeline and handover before starting. Monthly care has an agreed capacity, response time and notice period. Carrier approval and inbox placement cannot be guaranteed.
GHL Rescue starts at $150 for a scoped GoHighLevel repair. The separate $249 System Rescue Quick Fix covers one qualifying n8n, Make or Zapier workflow failure.

No. Octacer is an independent engineering and automation company. We work inside GoHighLevel accounts for agencies and businesses. GoHighLevel and HighLevel are trademarks of HighLevel Inc.
Can you fix an account someone else built?
Yes. That is what GHL Rescue is for. We start with a free triage call, review the account, list what is broken and agree the fix and price before any paid work.
Which package do I need?
Choose the starting point closest to your goal: a repair, account setup, automation, integration, migration or monthly care. If you are unsure, book a free call and we will help you scope the work.
Do I need my own GoHighLevel account?
Yes. The work happens in your account or your agency account, so you own everything we build. HighLevel bills its own plan and usage fees separately.
Do you build AI voice and chat agents?
Yes. We build Conversation AI chat agents and voice agents on ElevenLabs or Retell connected to your phone numbers, booking into your GoHighLevel calendars.
Can you move us from HubSpot, ClickFunnels or Keap?
Yes. We map and clean your data, rebuild the automations, run a test import, check it side by side and only cut over when you are happy.
How much does it cost?
Rescue starts from $150, A-to-Z Setup from $750, Automation Build from $1,000, Integrations and Custom Code from $1,500, Migrations and Data from $1,000 and Ongoing Ops from $500 a month. The final price is agreed in writing after scoping, before any paid work starts. HighLevel bills its own plan and usage fees separately.
